𝗜𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 × 𝗖𝗼𝘀-𝗠𝗶𝗰 proudly present 𝗚𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗶 𝗝𝗮𝘇𝘇 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, and the ensemble at the centre of it has a story worth knowing.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗝𝗮𝘇𝘇 is the Japanese jazz ensemble originally commissioned 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗚𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗶 to arrange Joe Hisaishi’s legendary film scores into jazz. Their albums Ghibli Jazz and 𝗚𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗶 𝗝𝗮𝘇𝘇 2 sold out on release and are now streamed in 140+ countries. This October, they perform live in Malaysia 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿.

On stage at 𝗭𝗲𝗽𝗽 𝗞𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗿, piano, vocals, bass, saxophone, and drums will rebuild the world of Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, and more…as pure acoustic jazz. No backing tracks. No orchestra. Just five musicians and the music you never forgot.
